Abstract

Community independence is a social skill that contributes to development through increasing human capacity. This is in line with what the women's community at the Tiban Indah Permai Housing Complex is doing. As micro business pioneers, they use empty land in their homes to produce snacks. The main challenge they face is how to distribute their products to remain competitive. The coaching provided aims to increase productivity, evaluate individual competence, and support business establishment and job creation. The methods used include lectures, simple bookkeeping training, business development, and effective marketing strategies.
